‘I want!’ The attitude of taking makes us dependent, submissive, blind and exploitative. If we don't get what we want, we experience disappointment or anger. If we get what we DON'T want, there's frustration or helplessness.

‘I give!’ This attitude makes us free and satisfied. Giving connects us with life. What we give comes back to us.

Experiment 1

Today, make a sincere compliment to everyone you meet. Observe how you feel - throughout the day and in the evening.

Experiment 2

Think about something you've wanted for a long time. - How would you feel if you completely forgot this wish, this desire? Write down a few sentences about it.

Experiment 3

What is your deepest soul quality? Peace, love, creativity, enthusiasm or perhaps humour? Try to express this quality in EVERYTHING you do for a whole week. You may find that this quality is strengthened even further.

Experiment 4

You don't like the atmosphere at work, in your department or at home around the family dinner table? Don't wait for someone to change that. YOU change it now! Make a conscious effort to create an atmosphere of lightness, cheerfulness and appreciation. Pay attention to how quickly the vibe changes and enjoy it.

Experiment 5

We constantly take from nature: water, food, air, warmth, beauty, etc.. During a week, take everything with special appreciation. In return for what you receive, give respect, frugality and gratitude. Observe how your inner contentment grows with each passing day.

Experiment 6

Don't you like someone? Has someone hurt you? Have you had a conflict with someone for a long time? Try this and see: Every day, in the morning and in the evening, say 12 times slowly and with sincerity in your mind: ‘May you be content, healthy and happy!’ Send this person (this soul) light and more light. Wish him/her the love of God. - You will experience miracles!

Experiment 7

Think of a person who could need your encouragement and your presence at this moment. Call this person without wanting anything. You don't want recognition, thanks or praise. You are only calling to give and support, not to get.

How does this conversation go?

Experiment 8

Take half an hour for your ‘forgiveness meditation’. Close your eyes and sit comfortably. Relax and enjoy the serenity of the moment.

Bring all the people (souls) who have ever hurt you in front of you. Forgive them. Say in your mind: ‘I forgive you from the bottom of my heart.’ Then bring all people, living beings and the five elements of nature in front of you that you may have hurt in the course of your life. Ask for forgiveness from the bottom of your heart. How do you feel after this half hour? Would you like to extend this experience to a week?
