Doors open at 5:15 pm, and no advance registration is necessary. If you wish, we will be happy to accompany you with a meditation commentary followed by a discussion on a spiritual topic (see how to meditate). If you follow another yoga or spiritual path, you’re welcome to meditate according to your own practice.
