The door of the Center is open at 6:45 p.m., no advance notice is required. We meditate normally in silence. On request we are happy to accompany the meditation with a meditation commentary. You are also invited to do your own contemplation in silence.

In four sessions you can learn this open-eyed, everyday meditation. We offer individual and group courses. Please indicate your interest.

Would you like to know more? Building on the introductory course, we offer an in-depth study of the subtle laws of life.  Four sessions will give you a different, broader view of life.  It is necessary to absolve the introductory course first. 

For many years, all Brahma Kumaris Meditation Centres worldwide have been meditating for world peace on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We believe in the power of subtle vibrations that accumulate worldwide and will bring about change in due course. This meditation is for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Do you want to dive deep into the soul, the Supreme Soul and the Cycle of Time? Then we offer a daily morning class at 6:00 am (7:00 am at weekends). You will need to have completed the introductory and advanced courses. On Sunday there is a breakfast together afterwards.
